We’d been planning a family trip to Sleepy Hollow with the kids for Halloween & Thanksgiving for months. Had heard and read much about this restaurant but we were so disappointed by the food. I seldom give negative reviews but I do not recommend anyone to travel so far out of the city to end up with a dry, bland meal like I did. The Fish was devoid of any flavor or taste. The Pasta was no better, absolutely no flavor. Just white sauce and penne, sadly. I understand it gets busy around this time of year but no one deserves a meal that was made out of such boredom.

Delicious meal! We for there 30min before opening and waited because the line gets pretty ling for the small place. The staff was friendly, everything came out in a decent time. Definitely worth the wait if you want to check this place out!

Absolutely fun place to visit. Went on a Halloween weekend and the place did not disappoint. Old school decor and atmosphere and the staff were all friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and delicious and did not take long to come out. One hour wait to get in, this place is popular. Had the burger and fries here and it was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. So good! Also tried one of their pumpkin ale beers which also hit the spot very nicely and I don’t usually even drink beer. Looking around inside is like a little monument to everything spooky and classic. Take the time to check out this spot you will not regret it. I will definitely return.

The Halloween decor was fun and the restaurant was lively. Staff was very nice and the wait wasn't as long as expected. It's definitely worth it! I really enjoyed the soups here. The Ichbod Cod was crispy and delicious! I would definitely eat these fish and chips again! We stopped in on Halloween and loved the environment and food so much! It is a highlight of the town you can't miss!

This is my favorite place to visit in Tarrytown! Best time to go is during the Halloween season where the atmosphere is festive - people are dressed up in costumes having libations and generally having fun. I will admit however that waiting times are long! There is NO way to reserve a table here. If coming during any weekend during or before halloween, expect up to an hour wait outside. The staff here is always attentive and top-notch. The food and drinks are excellent and I always leave here with a full stomach!

There are no words to describe how awesome the staff is here. They are so welcoming and accommodating. I absolutely loved the ambience, it is decorated to fit the spooky season! From ouija boards, skulls, antique knick knacks and famous quotes on the booths to a unique bar area. I would drive the two hours to Tarrytown to have lunch/brunch here again. The food was good and hearty. The coconut shrimp, french onion soup were delicious. The infused onion burger (knickerbocker) was amazing and the onion rings made my day! If you visit, take a moment to read the historic summary of the attractions on their menu. There is seating inside and outside. Go to the back booth, even if you're not seated there do a walk by, it's worth it.

This place is always on point. Best New England Clam Chowder!!! I had the tuna club with a side salad. My go-to... Peppercorn Parm dressing-so good! Philly cheesesteak was delicious too. Love the atmosphere and the service!

Such a great place to stop at when visiting the area. The onion rings are out of this world! The burger was good quality as well as the fish and chips. Our waiter was amazing and super kind to us.
